2. How can I trust my transactions are safe?
Shopify Inc manages Benici’s payment system. It provides the highest level of security with built in fraud prevention controls and a certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant credit card processing system.

If you have concerns regarding the measurements you have provided, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and we will do our best to make the required changes.
6. Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed, as the production of your customized garments will have already started.
7. How long will it take to get my custom made garment?
We expect your suits to be delivered to your doorstep within 4 to 6 weeks. We work hard to provide faster delivery times, but some external factors beyond our control might affect total delivery times.
8. How are taxes calculated?
Taxes will vary depending on the country you are located in. After all the required information is entered, the appropriate tax rate will be applied to our selling price.
9. Do you provide samples of your materials?
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of our fabrics, it is not possible to provide samples to our customers.

5. What if I receive damaged garments?
We work hard to provide you with the best quality products available. We do recommend inspecting your items upon arrival for any defects and we will replace any damaged items at no cost. However, we are not liable for any damages caused by personal wear and tear. Inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days and send your garments to the address that will be provided.
